At Office Chairs Unlimited, we want you to be completely satisfied with your ergonomic seating. If your purchase doesn't meet your needs, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

  Repack Your Item

  Place the chair back in its original packaging with all components and manuals included to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Clearly label the box with your RMA number and ship the package via your preferred carrier; we recommend using a service with tracking and insurance.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days.
